  1. Really appreciate your video, I think I'm in a similar situation, close to your height and around the same weight you were at, even was the ultra skinny kid till actually before the pandemic. For health reason, in the past few years I've cut out a lot of sugar but apparently I need to do more. Lately been more interested in getting more fiber in my diet, so to hear your results is confirming to stick to the veggies and healthy protein. Even heard having lemon juice, vinegar, and fermented food helps breaks down the enzymes in your mouth so it's easier for your stomach to process so it's another thing I have recently have tried to explore. Just need to exercise and hopefully this combination will work to just get me to being fit but at the same time as a female I hesitate losing too much curves. In the meantime you seem like you are happy with the results you've gotten and once again just appreciate that you are sharing your experience with your diet route.
