  3. I like the direction you went for the blouse, it seems to reflect more of the time period and doesn’t limit it to the movie’s design. While the movie’s dress will always be iconic, I think the challenge you set for yourself is to reflect as if Mary Poppins was from that time period properly. So that will mean that Mary Poppins should have that flexibility to dress appropriately for the Edwardian era, not Hollywood’s Edwardian era.
