  2. If you don't want this, you are literally saying you don't want what you want. Most people forget that you would really be experiencing these things as real. If you wanted to spend the rest of your life at a cool party with Kyle, discussing all the ideas he never went deep enough into, you could experience that. And it would be exactly the same experience you would get if you happened to be his IRL friend. That is the entire premise. You would have all those conversations, and actually experience the same engagement. It's not "you get to feel this, but at the back of your mind you know it's not real". The only reason you might feel it wasn't real is if you discussed this video. Whatever your dream peak experience is, you'd get it, without all the annoying hard work and luck required for it in the real world, and it is indistinguishable. If you are arguing against anything other than that, you don't get the point of the thought experiment.
