I actually clicked the video, trying to get the 'three dots' menu to say "Not Interested" before I realized I was still in fullscreen, and it was part of the video. Without seeing your comment earlier, there's a good chance I'd still be trying to click on it now.

So what you're saying is both of them weren't really the same thing, but they kept the name for marketing reasons?

5:03 I just noticed on the Arecibo message on the screen, with the coloring they used to highlight the parts, the double helix nucleotide estimate number looks like a rocket, while the red human looks like flames, especially as the image slid upwards into place, and a little like a returning booster as it slid back down, and then the flame disappeared.

Thanks you for answering my question in 90 seconds: now I don't feel so unsafe after smelling the engine exhaust as the (passenger jet) plane taxied a few days ago. Knowing it is only small aircraft which use/used leaded fuel makes me worry less.

@ 4:29, it's not (Atacama) (Large Millimeter) (Array), it's (Atacama) (Large) (Millimeter Array). A millimeter only has only one size.

There is currently a good series on Apollo 13 on the BBC World Service. It's the 2nd season of "13 Minutes to the Moon" (the first season was about Apollo 11.) https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p083wp70 The series has audio from the archives as well as original interviews with some of the people.

The companies making the rockets sometimes can't show video or images of parts of the manufacturing process, due to ITAR ( International Traffic in Arms Regulations) rules, because some of those things might help make rocket motors for weapons work better. I'm surprised that high resolution slow motion footage ignition of a such a complex array of injectors in large rocket engine is something Blue Origin can release. I like that it is, but I didn't expect it to be.

Why is our "things we use at different distances" list, which clearly shows how each distance method is built on the one before it, not called the "distance house of cards"?
