  2. I had a crazy flashback to a Simon with a thin short beard, younger looking than I can even remember AND a blue neon light that - NOBODY can fix, sorry, that light is IMPOSSIBLE to fix. So.. YAY? A great blast from the past I'm guessing, we put together a nice long compilation video of the Romans and their AMAZING roads. AWESOME! I hope all is well with the family! (including all the writers)

I think the other important thing to realize about Google acquiring YouTube at the time was this: - just as any large company would do- if you aren't ahead, you're behind, so if I can afford them, BUY THEM. This was the best move considering the size at the time of Google's datacenter infrastructure. It was a good play. I'd like to say that the reason Rumble really will never ever be as big or even CLOSE to YouTube, EVER, is the point you made early in the show about making things SIMPLE for the user. Rumble is a difficult system to navigate, they don't do anything at all the way YT does, and it sucks. Too bad it's the only place you can get actual unbiased (not swayed by the host at least) really unpromoted videos. Sucks they'll never make it like YT did.

  5. I realize these were designed during a war, and when at war one does WHATEVER it takes to acheive the goal, but this seems like one of the WORST ideas ever. Really not a good idea and I'd HATE to have made that cut, the most elite of soldiers - simply to be killed for naught it seems. What a shame. edit: oh, well at least SOME of the men were lucky enough to get a wonderful cocktail of powerful (wonderful?) drugs before their imminent death! At least they got that much..
