  10. I'm tired of the slack given to 'special' people. As far as the amazing guys who FOUNDED this country, WE ARE ALL CREATED EQUALLY. No matter how 'we' perceive that statement today, no matter who you are, you shouldn't be given any preferential treatment. That's just the way it should be, but there IS discretionary distribution among the courts from judge to judge, and that 'discretion' should be held to a higher if not THE HIGHEST standard.
