  1. the weather and this dude's inability to recognize he was not qualified to fly in it caused this accident. it had nothing to do with the type of aircraft. this would have happened in any type of aircraft.

  2. it was the weather not the plane that killed them all. this guy could not have handled this weather in any aircraft period. the audio for this event and an audio from the day before clearly indicate he was totally incompetent to fly in clouds. had nothing to do with the aircraft

  4. you can teach man to fly but you can't teach good judgement. if we are lucky we survive to benefit in this life from our mistakes. sometimes we don't.
