  1. Sounds a lot like Red Cell, a secretive internal security audit group created by Richard Marcinko, a Navy SEAL who also created DEVGRU/SEAL Team 6. His story would be a great Mad Lads episode. He ended up running into trouble because he kidnapped a naval officer when attempting to see if he would give up nuclear codes. They also had to video record all their ops, so there are videos out there. They also snuck a grenade onto the president's Air Force One plane.
