I'm an American who grew up to despise the British because I had this "Celtic pride" thing going on. As I grew up, I realized what I celebrated as an American was birthed through English tradition. The enemy wasn't British. It was German.

@danielmillward9947 Yeah, I remember seeing that England has always had a huge population of Celts, even after the Romans, Vikings and Normans. Oh, and speaking of which, I recently found out my family originally came from Normandy so you could say we oppressed the English.
