@SelwynClydeAlojipan And to make matters worse, their original mission was to provide sniper overwatch via helicopter. They switched to this rescue mission on the fly as the pilot went down. They were unequipped for the task. They had to know it was nearly a suicide mission. I believe the pilot ended up surviving though. The mob nearly beat him to death before someone recognized he'd be better suited as a bargining chip to use.
