  2.  @-iceraptor-  I hope it isn't the case, but Ukraine will have to deal with this issue and a dam break that threatens Kherson is a huge issue that will most likely require military assistance.

  3.  @robertnagle6847  According to satellite data, it looks like Ukraine's offensive started last night. I'd bet that Russia destroyed the dam to distract Ukraine. It benefits Russia the most. If the US government starts stressing we should go in after this disaster - it could be a false flag. But the most reasonable option would be that Russia did it. They already had it mined, they're located nearby, and it benefits them the most.
