@NicoNicoNeek lol you must be European or Canadian...Human rights are crucial to the US. You don't get to suspend legal rights over a virus. I don't care how dangerous politicians claim it is.

@martins458 it's obvious Americans don't believe in human rights. They're currently insulting people who are defending human rights. If you support human rights now they call you "poor", "boomer", or "hick".

@NicoNicoNeek the Public Health Service Act simply allows the appointment of scientists and other experts without having to jump through traditional hoops. It DOES NOT give the government ultimate unconstitutional authority.

@NicoNicoNeek it gives the government certain benefits in carrying out a quarantine, but does not allow them to violate rights while doing so. You clearly haven't read anything you linked.

@NicoNicoNeek there are absolutely unconstitutional laws and practices on the books, but they can be challenged and successfully so, if they are attempted. No amount of "in times of need" or event supercedes the constitution. Even local and state laws must abide by the constitution.
