  4. What temperature do you make coffee at? You don't use boiling water? You boil the kettle. Steam comes out. You then wait... 3 minutes? 17?

  5. If it was well above boiling. It wouldn't exist. That's physics. The parts that were liquid were by definition not boiling.

If you hold it like a normal person = basic standard The lid should stay on even if you lift it upside down, above your head, shake it vigorously = treating us like children, condescending, I'd be embarrassed if a 14 year old did this and was surprised the lid didn't stay on. The size of a "large" coffee in Starbucks must be the same as at Costa as at John's coffee shop = authoritarian
