President Joe Biden did not indict Donald Trump. Special Counsel Jack Smith did not indict Donald Trump. Attorney General Merrick Garland did not indict Donald Trump. A Grand Jury with United States citizens voted and indicted Donald Trump.

To Republicans: Imagine if Hillary or Obama or Biden were charged under the Espionage Act by an independent Special Counsel. Would you be claiming it’s a “witch hunt” or that the DOJ, Prosecutors, Judge and grand jury are corrupt? Trump deserves his day in court but the DOJ deserves respect for upholding our laws as well. And here is a promise. If Hillary, or Hunter or Joe Biden are ever charged with a crime I will NEVER jump to the immediate conclusion that they are innocent and that the police are the bad guys. Stop protecting a man who you have no clue whether he is innocent or guilty.
