  1. Shapley is being represented by attorney Mark Lytle, a white-collar crime lawyer who previously served at the DOJ as an Associate DA under AG Bill Barr. Prior to that he worked in Trump's admin as Associate Counsel in the Office of the White House Counsel. His claim is the AG told him there were rules governing how he could act that prevented him from further investigation. Those rules were put in place by Bill Barr. He doesn't mention that. Lol the whistle-blower 😂
