  3. @David Costa  it's called prosecutorial discretion. No one has seen the indictments... not even Trump.

  4. @David Costa  How do u know it’s weak? Do u have early access to the documents? If he did not have a slam dunk, he would not officially proceeded. It will play out on Tuesday and we will all find out at the same time. 34 charges and we only need 1 guilty and he is done! I am sure there will be several.
