  1. Joe Biden is not slipping, His mental acuity is sharp. Occasionally, he stutters over a word or a phrase.. (speech impediment) When my Tia was 96-year-old, she was sharp as a tack. How can anyone think Biden is losing it after SOTU? I am voting for the most successful president since FDR.
