  1. The real world is and has to be regulated for people to live safely and "freely". Internet is a bit more abstract, but personally I highly doubt it's completely different and can be just left to chaos of no rules.

  2. All Obama says is that the best outcome for all of us is the most important thing, and he highly doubts that outcome is going to be based on perfect utopian ideals such as complete utter freedom.

  3. Complete freedom is chaos and suffering. We should do what works, not delusional nerdy or philosophical ideals. Usually balance of freedom and rules is what works, just like we do in all of our parts of life.
