  3. ​ @JohnCooganPlus  Even in the skillshare ad of his new course, he stresses that the initial 10 seconds of the video are most important for the attention! That's why he's always upping his game on the intros! Nobody beats him at that! Though it's worth mentioning, it wasn't always like that and now there's a team in place doing a lot of that work. E.g. this crazy intro in iPhone 12 Pro review was mostly thanks to the team : https://youtu.be/eWI_BtcDJu0 ( Andrew Manganelli tweeted about it :) )
