  1. Exactly. I don't think it's impossible to reach those same levels of innovation with all employees working remotely. The problem with his data is that before only few of them were working from office, now all are. I don't see how people can't adapt to this new normal and get to higher levels of productivity and innovation.

Password peppering is a much more effective way to store passwords (you don't store the complete password anywhere, to every password stored in a password manager, you add or remove some digits/characters that only you know and haven't stored anywhere), even in a password manager. Lastpass has had their user data leaked too many times. You're better off with default ones like in Chrome or other browsers.
