I once took three entire bottles of homeopathic sleeping pills on the ill-conceived "Homeopathic overdose day." The joke holiday was supposed to demonstrate that homeopathic products have zero potency. I carefully checked the labels ("30C," i.e. 100^-30 = 10^-60 concentration) and got the bottles from a local supermarket, and I was fine. But in retrospect, after seeing the poor quality control these things go through, I would never do it again. It's totally possible to buy a "homeopathic remedy" or supplement or whatever that contains way more than is on the label. Also, if you don't check the label, some products have dilutions as low as "3X" (0.1%), which could be more concentrated than many normal drugs. Surprisingly, to my knowledge, none of these mass overdose joke demonstrations has ever resulted in any reported problems.
