It's worth pointing out that it isn't really appropriate to discuss the motion of such distant galaxies with special relativity. When the expansion of space becomes significant, the problem can only really be analyzed with general relativity, in which "speed" isn't even defined globally. Locally, in any inertial (free-falling) reference frame, the speed of light is still c and everything travels at a speed less than c (except an isolated massless particle in free space). But globally, there is no speed of light, because there are no global inertial reference frames in GR.
