  1. There simply is no inertial frame of reference that includes both your feet and your head. Reference frames in general relativity are local. Of course, since your head is so close to your feet, it is an extremely good approximation to treat your whole body as being in the same inertial frame of reference. However, if you were near a black hole or something, that approximation would no longer be valid.
