His claim doesn't make any sense for those windows anyway, because they are of a nearly uniform thickness and are cut from larger pieces. It's mostly large panes that can sometimes be visibly thicker at the bottom. And neither of those existed "thousands" of years ago. The glass he's thinking of likely wasn't in a window at all, as glass windows weren't even invented until the first century A.D. We do have artifacts made of glass from thousands of years ago though, and they haven't turned into puddles. And we have found natural glass that is millions of years old.

Geologists call this a rheid. The definition is not intrinsic: a solid is a "rheid" if it flows enough viscously over the time you observe it. If you watch it for long enough, any solid will be a rheid. Over billions of years, almost all rocks are rheids, but over millions of years, only a few are.
