  1. 1, 3, 7, 31, and 255 are examples of numbers (written here in base 10) that are not pandigital in ANY integer base (15, 63, and 127 however are pandigital in base 3 (120, 210, and 11201 respectively)). Is there a general formula for finding such numbers, and are there infinitely many of them?
