What I find particularly funny about that case is that after their initial submissions in crayon on the backs of gravy-stained placemats, both sides later filed supplements, also written in the same crayon. Neither side offered any meaningful argument, so the court basically had to make the (very simple) decision on its own to grant summary judgment for the defense.
