Presumably it was flagged by a bot, and like usual, Youtube just took it down without anybody watching it. It's not legal to do it that way (in the U.S.), but it's standard practice anyway. Guess they changed their minds real quick when they realized the video was uploaded by a lawyer specializing in civil litigation.

3:20 Is there no consequence for sponsoring a poor attorney? In the movie, Jon Voight sees sponsoring Matt Damon as a strategic advantage, which makes sense, but has no consideration for his own neck. He has never seen this man before, so if he feels comfortable sponsoring him anyway, does that mean there is no accountability? What does sponsorship even mean then?
