@stephenrose4558 Medical schools get organs from questionable sources more often than you think. There were some stories about it about 7-8 years ago, and there are articles from the same time basically verifying the fact that not all cadavers in medical schools have known provenance. Basically, they can't account for where they came from. Until the 1980s, this was actually the normal way of acquiring organs in many schools. But in this case a more likely explanation might be that the autopsy turned something up that disagreed with the official story of the death, and they literally buried it. That or it could be some sort of bizarre error, though I don't understand how you could forget to replace a heart ffs.
