If the Pentagon cannot keep track of the 2 trillion dollars it is missing, I think the next Pentagon budget should be adjusted to match the trillions that it actually can keep track of. That way everyone is happy.

@johncameron6415 I know quite a few people think have found Russians hiding in their own colons. They are not sure though, since their necks form a perfect seal blocking off all light from entering.
