I have been both successful and a "Broke Loser" and AWAYS been "kicking in" with taxes.; sales taxes, gasoline taxes (that fund the fucking roads YOU drive on), excise taxes, "user fees", property taxes, alcohol taxes, SSI, MEDICARE AND MEDICAID in good times AND bad.
