  2. The big push button IS the handle. When it is properly maintained all you have to do is fall on it and the door opens.

  7.  @sumgijimothae  The big button is the crash bar mechanism. Crash bar systems have more working parts susceptible to breakdowns. They break down at least as much if not more than the big button.

  10.  @ChiquitaMia-ci2vg  As a General Manager, she is the person responsible for the safety and maintenance of the store. If she he knew the freezer was capable of locking her in , she should have gotten it fixed.
