  4. Police do not "need" tanks or humvees or grenade launchers. Cops need PPE masks because they CHOOSE to use tear gas. Fire Departments, Paramedics, Doctors and Nurses NEED PPE equipment more than cops. Funding needs to be transferred from Police Departments to those services.
