@theuglykwan Yep, Biden, Clinton and the Democrats are responsible for the crime bill making the US the largest prison population in total and per capita of the world. The black population in US prisons alone still puts it in the top 3. Yep, the Democrats have always proved they are always looking out for black people.🙄
