Apparently you missed the sarcasm of both the beginning and end of my comment in calling out the hypocrisy from both sides. 1) If Ted is concerned about children being in school, why are his kids on vacation during the school year? 2) Kamala's solution when she was DA in San Francisco was to advocate putting parents in jail for their kids truancy, neither popular nor effective. 3) School closings were purely a state by state, and county by county decision, not a federal one. Ted is just grandstanding.
