  5. ​ @norman_5623  Yes, but the meaning of the original quote is open to wide interpretation, especially his use of "fundamentally based on science" where "fundamentally" can be defined as "primarily" or "mostly" or a number of other terms of varying degrees of vagueness and his allegation that questioning his assertions, data and policies were "attacks" on him which he equated with "attacks" on science.
