  9. Since school property taxes are a local issue, it sounds like a local community problem that can be solved at the local level. You and your neighbors may have to get off the couch and get involved in local politics. Democracy ain't free bub.

There are 3 times as many vacant homes in the US than every individual homeless person in the US including individual children, a majority of which were foreclosed on and are held by the Wall Street banking and real estate vulture monopolies to keep prices artificially inflated. A substantial number of homeless and junkies are veterans with PTSD due participating in the US MIC perpetual wars for economic imperialism. It seems better if we could focus our energies on these root causes of homelessness.
