  4.  @fcuk_x  Maybe you should check out the differences between Upstate New York (single family homes and businesses ) and NYC (dense packing of multiple families and businesses in hermetically sealed skyscrapers). Upstate New York is similar to Florida in terms of housing and age as well as COVID statistics.
