  2.  @OneBiasedOpinion  And yet the fact is, there are NO instances of “unanimous vote” NOT specifically requiring the consent of all present no matter how many times you repeat it. That is called an oxymoron. I provided factual information including the actual source and definition, which you have not. What you are describing is "consensus vote".
