  13. I think the taxpayers should be able to see where every penny of our money has been spent. Each state should make that public knowledge as well as our federal money. a receipt SHOULD be with any money spent AND it SHOULD balance. If it doesn't then people need to be held accountable. As far as the NYC subway....why should the entire state be responsible for that mess.
