  1. I very nicely ask people to get me things I can't reach whenever it happens. I've NEVER come across a single person who even acted remotely irritated. Most just laugh & we discuss how my asking for help is always better than doing the...shelf climbing thing😂

I've had to ask for help or someone has offered after laughingly watch me try to shelf climb & they've never looked or reacted like I was a pain, but I guess I've never really asked either. I'm shrinking with age & medical stuff so it's frustrating to not reach the things i could but now ....😂 I'm gonna be all paranoid & watch their face
