Can the statements made in this case "under oath in a court of law" be used against a different person currently not charged in THIS specific case?

@annawallace9779 if there's no shenanigans we could vote them out. But so far they've gotten away with spying, lying, cheating, bribery, not following judges orders, not following countries laws, "lost" children & money, whatever the heck is going on with Ukraine AND joe. They know what's coming, they don't even care. I have a hard time believing they're going to be "free" OR "fair" from now until November. Crazy panicked folks are dangerous
