  1. Can our border states get help from other states national guard to form a blockade type thing in open areas and just not allow anyone to cross between ports of entry? Can they use private construction companies & workers to finish the wall? I'm pretty sure folks would volunteer their time & donate equipment to get the wall completed as much as possible. It's obvious our federal government is not going to do a single thing to secure our Country.. If our own Government refuses to keep our Country safe don't WE THE PEOPLE have the right to do it?
