  1. How can he keep stuff secret from anyone VOTED to represent we the people. As a matter of fact ALL this information should be available to any citizen that wants to see how/where/why our money is being spent. I can't believe how many UN-ELECTED folks sit there & say "I'm not going to tell you that". I'd like someone to pull a biden & say ...either you do it or you don't get any funding.
