he SHOULD have been in a locked mental health facility. He was on a Top 50 in NYC to need hospitalization. He also had a very lengthy record of disturbing crimes and violence, while the other guy has a clean record. this was an accident as tragic as it is. Just sad and pathetic how folks like jeffries don't say a peep when an innocent baby is murdered, but go completely spastic when a criminal dies. 🙏❤🇺🇸
