  1. As a retired nurse, the level of care in A-LOT of hospitals right now is just sad to see. And i don't think it's the people that work there that are at fault. There's not enough hospitals, there's not enough staff, urgent cares being open 24 hours would help. Dr's and their Patients should be the ones deciding on admissions, discharges, length of stay, treatments/tests and pain control. NOT some checklist written up by a group of people who know nothing about the person.❤
