  1. Me too as they kept my measly return this year. Sent me a letter shortly after joe was inserted saying I owed them MORE from 7 years ago. No one ever answered the phone & I called often. Then they just kept it. Couldn't even ask a question. BTW- this was from husband's life insurance. They just kept money from a widow trying to survive on disability. But yup- folks like Al owe millions and irs doesn't bother them.

  2. I'd like to know why no one ever answeres the phone & their build in dc looks like it no ones been in it for years...it looks BAD. You're right, what exactly has changed since joe was inserted? If anything you'd think it would be easier cuz 1/2 the folks weren't even working
