I know right. They sent me a nasty note 4 months after joe was inserted. I tried to call for months & no one answered. Sooo they just kept my refund this year. Get this -they said I owed more money from my husband's life insurance from 7 years ago. They took the puny return of a widowed Sr trying to survive on ss disability to begin with. 💁‍♀️ I'm changing my deduction so they don't get any now. I only used it like an old Christmas club bank thing so I could get glasses each year instead of $25 more dollars each month...I'm proud to be an American but I'm extremely angry at my Country right now..I'm the one complaining but all this bs got in place under my generations watch. I feel like I should be apologizing
