In cases like this, where there is really no disputing the FACTS..he did in fact purposely drive his vehicle into the parade full of people. I'm all about an eye for an eye punishment. He should have to stand & let someone drive into him for every person hit. Wait the same amount of time his Victims had to wait for medical attention. He would have the same chance of survival they had. If he survives, his punishment is served. Sounds more than fair to me. Cuz he seems like the kind of person that would complain there's no cable in prison
