It is also idiotic, does he mean that they will not help out with all of the cyclic extreme weather events and only deal with imaginary ones? There has actually been a reduction in the frequency and intensity of cyclones, but that isn't climate change either, it is just the oscillations in a very complex system that is mathematically unpredictable. It is a flat out lie, or utter ignorance, about what is and is not possible with mathematics to suggest that all things are calculable, i.e. predictable. The climate is a chaotic system, so future events are entirely dependent on small and unknown starting variables where a tiny amount of change can have a huge impact on the system with regard to the phase of its oscillations, but not their magnitude. All of the climate cultists make insane claims around the magnitude of events rather than looking at what really happens with the timing of events.
