There are multiple religions in the West and the East who have vegetarianism as a key aspect of their beliefs therefore indiscriminate ridicule of those diets is religious vilification and unlawful. Eat what suits you, just don't go around attacking others as if you are an insecure prat that can't just be happy with their own choices and leave other people to theirs.
